Popular YouTuber Gaurav Taneja, widely recognized as Flying Beast, is facing intense criticism after disclosing in a recent vlog that his pet dog Mau has been moved to their farmhouse. In the vlog titled “Where is Mau?”, Taneja explained that due to certain lifestyle adjustments and religious concerns raised by his father, they decided it was best to relocate Mau away from their primary residence.
His explanation hasn’t gone over well with fans and animal lovers. What began as a simple update has triggered a wave of online outrage, with viewers accusing Gaurav of using his pet for views and discarding him when it became inconvenient. Many are calling his actions “cold-hearted” and “unjust,” saying the dog was included in the content to attract engagement and then removed when interest declined.
One user commented, “Mau was never truly family. He was just there for the content. Now that he’s not bringing views, they’ve sent him away.” Another viewer emotionally shared, “We left our dog with family for a few days, and he stopped eating. Pets need love and their people around. What Gaurav did is truly heartbreaking.”
Gaurav Taneja is a 38-year-old content creator, former pilot, professional bodybuilder, and certified nutritionist. He graduated from IIT Kharagpur and is married to Ritu Rathee.
