The houses of two Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists, believed to be involved in the Pahalgam terror attack, were destroyed in a blast in Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday night, according to a report by PTI.
Officials cited in the report confirmed that security forces were conducting search operations at the residences of Adil Hussain Thokar and Asif Sheikh, both linked to the LeT, when explosives already planted inside the homes detonated.
The explosion led to the complete destruction of both houses, the report added.
Adil Hussain Thokar, a resident of Anantnag district in south Kashmir, has been identified as one of the main accused in the Pahalgam attack that occurred on Tuesday. Asif Sheikh, who hails from Tral in Pulwama district, is suspected to have been involved in the planning and conspiracy behind the attack.
